I am trying to download photos from my device. I can see them on the phone but when i connect to the computer i cannot. I have used both the blackberry desktop software and enabled it as mass storage and searched it as an external drive and i can see some pictures, but not all. I am thinking it must have something to do with the the media card, but can't figure it out.
Any help is much appreciated.

Do you have a media card in the phone? It sounds to me like the photos are stored on the phone, not the card... You need to transfer them to the card before you can touch them

I do have a media card. How do i move from the media card to the camera?

Go into the gallery, go to all pics, hit the menu key, and move. Then select them one by one to the media card.

Also, in camera, open options and select the storage location to media card. It usually does this by default, but its just an extra check
