Default Google Apps for Business

I have BIS and Google Apps for Business hosting my company's domain and email server. I am only experience 1 way emails synch with native BB email. I was advised 2 way email synch is available. I am only able to identify this as being possible if I use BES or the Gmail App. Does anyone have any further information in these regards?

Looks like 2-way sync is only possible with BES. From the Google site:

"Google Apps supports two-way synchronization between Google Apps and the Email, Calendar and Contacts applications on BlackBerry devices by integrating with BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Learn more about Google Apps Connector for BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Alternatively, Google Sync offers two-way synchronization between Google Apps and the Calendar and Contacts applications on BlackBerry devices."
