Hi, I have a customer, he uses BES Express on a windows 2008 server.
His calender and contacts synch ok between outlook on his PC and his blackberry, New emails come into both his PC and his blackberry, but deleting them from either, doesn't delete them from the other.
Any help appreciated as he is giving me grief.

Check to make sure you have Wireless Reconciliation enabled on the handheld.
The setting will be in Options in the Messages module.
