hello @all,

i am administrator of our internal BES.

A user did the following on his BES activated Blackberry:
> He created a BIS gmail account
> After that he activated contact synchronization for this address
> Then the Desktop didn't synchronize contacts anymore, only the gmail contacts

My question is to undo the gmail activation that the Blackberry is synching with Outlook again.

On the device, go to

Options > Device > Advanced System Settings > Default Services

Contact List (SYNC) should be set to "BlackBerry"

If that doesn't help, you can also try to delete the <Gmail address>[SYNC] service book.
