SMS Icon became the Email Icon

Well, Something happened some time ago and all SMS icons (when I receive SMS) on the home screen are displayed with e-mail Icon.
Previously I had this nice "baloon like" icon stating that the SMS arrived.
Now I have this E-mail like envelope, and when I open - It goes to the sms folder.
How could I revert to original SMS icon?
It's a little bit annoing ;)
