I got a blackberry curve 9320 for my Birthday on Orange/EE for my Birthday yesterday, and I haven't been able to access BBM. I have a Blackberry ID and I have phoned up Orange to activate my BBM but it still doesn't work. It's been on that screen since last night please help?

Pull the battery. The device sounds like it hasn't registered with the network.

I tried to pull the battery when it comes back on that screen just comes on again.

Delete BBM and reinstall. Also, do you have a BB data plan?
