I have a 9320 which has been excellent, but, I can't use wifi, which is a pain when my house is in a poor signal area!
We have BT Infinity fibre optic home hub and my previous HTC was able to use the wifi when in the house, but when I try and connect with the BB it works briefly then stops everything working on wifi, laptops, wii, other phone, it chucks them all off until the BB wifi is turned off and the router rebooted. I've looked through all the settings to no avail. The BB appears in the router history of connected devices, and the BB shows the wifi as connected when I attempt this, I've even tried a fixed IP in case the BB was stealing the routers and trying to become a hotspot for itself!
Can anyone suggest something, it's not a big issue but it's a frustrating problem with an otherwise excellent phone.

Something is interfering with the WIFI signal from the BB. Does the BB connect to another WIFI location ok? Try going to a free mobile hotspot and try. If it does work ok then back at your house try changing the channel number on the router and increasing the signal strength. Various other electronics will interfere with the signal. See if you can borrow another router to test in your home. If it also fails but worked in a different location then your back to interference in your home. It could be the BB has a defective WIFI and testing it on another router will at least lead you in the right direction.
