hi all,

We're able to configure and activated our BBZ10 connected to our exchange 2010 SP2 environment with our BB10 server.

Reading/sending mail ok but not on SMIME. We tried to import the certificate to the device but faced issue during send SMIME to myself or to other people.


If send to myself - There may be a problem with your encryption certificate.

If send to other colleagues - Before the message can be encrypted, a certificate is needed for the following recipient(s).


do we need any other configuration to lookup the user certificate from AD?
if yes, how? because i can't find anyway to configure at BB10 server.
