I had BES 10.0 running with Interim CAL's, I upgraded to 10.1 yesterday and then realized I need to migrate the CALs - Opps !
I followed the tool (
https://enterprise.ecomm.webapps.bla...com/caltradeup) to migrate the CALs I got back for my traded-up 10.0 licenses but when i enter the key xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx, it errors with "we are unable to validate this CAL"
How do I get round this now
