Users at my workplace are finding that after upgrading their BB handhelds to Z10/Q10 and our BES 10 the PIN numbers they had defined in their Outlook contacts are not syncing. The PIN numbers are stored in Outlook as "User Defined Field 1". In BES 5 there was a means to create a template to map fields. However, I do not see this option in BES 10. If not available in BES 10, can the PIN numbers be synced with Blackberry Link.
