Red face Blackberry Classic New User

I just got a blackberry classic and I have a couple of questions:

1) I can see my in-box on Outlook but can't see my folders.. how do I do that?

2) It seems to have automatically created 3 reminders for every meeting (5, 10 and 15 minutes) how do I delete them?

3) I tried to set up the meeting and conference ID so it pauses and then automatically dials the conference ID, leader PIN, etc. whenever I select that number. It's an 866 number -- when I add the P for pause and then the conference ID, Verizon comes back and tells me that the call cannot be completed as dialed. The only way I can get this to work is if I use X instead and then the Blackberry dials the 866 number but prompts me to click DIAL to use the conference ID. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks
