I use Outlook 2003 for my software and it is set up in the desktop manager to sync Contacts-Calendar-Tasks and Memos but when I sync only the Contacts and Calendar info are working. Has anyone else had this happen?

This appears to be a configuration issue -- Make sure you have the latest BlackBerry Desktop (4.0.0.33 preferably) and then make sure in BlackBerry Desktop, that "IntelliSync" -> "Configure PIM" is properly configured to synchronize everything. This should solve your problem.
