Does anyone know what needs to be done when you recieve this error message:
UP.Link internal error. Please contact Customer Support.

if you click on Details is says:
Error 12011: HTML Translator is out of disk space.

I have plenty of file space on my blackberry itself, just wondering if anyone had this problem before and how do you fix it?

What version of BlackBerryOS?

Did you upgrade to the latest Nextel BlackBerryOS 4?

I do have the latest version of the OS. The error had to do with yesterday's outages. It was confirmed by Nextel that the gateway was corrupted causing problems in the Midwest and South (may be an excuse, but anyway...).
