Has anyone else been having issues with BB'ing on Cingular for the last day and a half? All of the BlackBerry users at my company are having an issue where we can only receive emails, but cannot send them (goes to red "X" immedaitely when you hit send). We called Cingular yesterday, and they reported having problems with the messaging portion of their data throughout much of the East coast all the way to Ohio where I am located (the rest of my people are in Florida).

I have not seen any other mention of this anywhere, and I even tried Google News. I just want to make sure we aren't crazy.

I'm in DC and have not had any problems with my 8700C nor have I heard of any problems with our East Coast users in Wilmington, DE, NYC or Boston.

I am in the Boston area. All is A-OK here. Mail comes and goes as advertised.

Connecticut here and ok so far. I did see an error on a re-power yesterday of err503. Repowered and then worked ok. The 8700c is new and i hope it stays that way.

Hmmm, I wonder why two different Cingular reps told two different people (me one of them) that there was such an issue. I still am unable to send emails, and everything looks fine with the phone and our BES server.
