Exchange2003 - SP1
Windows Server 2003

I have 3 BES Devices that refuse to activate. Each gets to 11% and hangs on the activation. I have tried connecting them directly to the Exchange server via USB, and doing the wireless activation.

I have tried setting the server configuration message prepopulation by message age and message count both to "0" (recommended in another thread). That didn't work.

I have made sure that Outlook was closed on the users end (suggested in another thread), that didn't work.

At this point, I'm looking for suggestions. Anyone have any experience with this issue and how do I resolve?

Install SP2 for XML Parser v4; this should resolve your issue.
