We are using BES 4.0 for exchange. Our users are getting messages but are not able to send. We are getting red X's. units are 7510 and 7520. Have restarted both BES and the exchange servers.
any ideas?

Have you applied any patches or changes recently? This sounds like the Microsoft "Send As" problem - I don't recall the KB number(s) on how to fix this.

Agreed deffo sounds like permissions problem.
