hi, im very new to this bes thing. blackberry had a promotion for a free cal with any new activation, so i took it not know what i had and then installed it on a laptop not knowing what im doin. So now im trying to do it right by setting it up on a win2k server but i cant find the CAL key. is it possible to somehow retrieve it from the bb website or from my previous pc?

If you still have the old BESMgmt database, it is possible. Use the SQL Enterprise Manager and query "LicenseKeys" table.

Otherwise, use OSQL.EXE command:

osql -E
> use BESMgmt
> select * from LicenseKeys
> go
