I used the black pearl for about three weeks and today I went to my local t-mobile store and exchanged for a white one.

I think the big difference is the keypad. The white pearl keypad is really smooth, less rubberish feel. It could be different material, I'm not sure. But it is very obvious the white pearl keypad is brighter compare to the black pearl when the background LED is on.

All the accessories are white and the headset that comes with white pearl has two ear buds, the black pearl has one.

And yes, you don't really see finger prints.

So overall, I like the white one better although some people think they are girly

I have also been hearing that the white pearl is cosmetically better.

P.S. Forget about what people say, it's yours and you paid for it. So a white sonyericsson w900 is NOT girly, never heard any girly comments about that phone and it's also white. Why would the paerl be girly in white?

I live in CA, so I have 30 days to either exchange or return the phone. But you can only do it one time within the 30 days.

In any state, you can exercise "buyers remorse" within 30 days. Its a law. If you are still within the 30 days, just tell them you want to exercise this right.

Tmobile told me they dont have buyers remorse. Can you find this written somewhere?

I had the black one and switched to the white one. I think its 100x better. No finger prints, and imo it looks better.

I own both the Black and the White. For me personally I prefer the white but that's just me.

Because California is the only state with a law that requires a 30 day buyers remorse period. No other state has that and they why there is only a 14 day buyers remorse. If you go to you states website you can look up the Buyers Remore Law. Or go to this site:

I don't have anything written, but when I was with Cingular and returned a Treo 650. I was told that I was entitled to the exchange pursuant to buyers remorse (In Pennsylvania). However, that was my experience. I would check into the information Ranger provided to see how this applies to each state.
