Just getting a Micro card for my 8100 today... couple questions...

First, if I assume I can move files from the internal memory to the card via the Desktop manager Media manager.

If I do that, and move photo's attached to contacts, will I have to reattach the pictures?

Last, can I set a default path to always save files to the card instead of internal storage?

You should set up the card to be accessed via Windows as an external drive, not through Media Mgr (in Options). You can move stuff from internal memory to the card. I don't think you need to use Media Mgr to do that, do it from the device itself. The folders on the card are Ringtones, Music, Video, Photos. These will be set up when you format the card after inserting it. You also set your options for the card to be the default for storage of photos that you take and save as attachments (music too). I don't remember if you have to reassign photos/ringtones for contacts after you move them, but they do not have to be in the internal memory to be used with contacts, as was the case with my Moto phone.
