Could someone please explain the process for setting up a pearl to work as a bluetooth modem in Windows XP?

I did a search but mostly found mac links. I need help start to finish and haven't seen any threads explaining the procedure for bluetooth. So far I've only been able to pair the Pearl via bluetooth to my XP laptop.
