Am I the only one having customer service issues with Sena Cases? I purchased their leather flip case for my Pearl 8100. Great initial service, ordered Friday a.m. and the case was in my mailbox on Saturday. I immediately realized this is not the case for me since it covers the light sensor resulting in a dim screen that's too dim to read outdoors. I'm trying to get them to issue the required "SCR #" so that I can return it for credit. So far, two emails as directed on their site to request the SCR#, and no response. Also tried calling them, and no way to get a live person. Since they're local, I may just need to drive down to Costa Mesa as return it in person????

Settled on the BB OEM leather slip case, and I'm very happy with it. We'll see if they ever respond. I've own several Sena cases for my prior Palm devices and never had a problem like this.

Well, still no reply to email #2 to Sena requesting the return authorization. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow, I'm calling Citibank and disputing the charge. Then Sena can figure out their issues.....

I just purchased my pearl. I use Trillian. Does anyone know if there is something like Trillian for the pearl?

Called them today. Tried to wait for a live person, but after about a minute it bounces straight to voicemail. I left a detailed message and sent a third email!! I'm getting pissed. Calling the credit card co. tomorrow if I don't hear something today!

OK, finally got a live person at Sena on the line and got the return #, although she was a bit bit@chy. She said they had already replied twice, but I never got either one, they were not blocked or in my junk folder either......

Problem has been fully fixated! Sena customer service was actually very helpful once they realized I never got any of their messages. Not sure where they went, since they did not get blocked or spamed. They issued a full credit.

They do have an updated case out now that has the proper light sensor hole if you're interested.
