Can't access T-Mobile BIS

I purchased a 8700g from a T-Mobile retail store 3 days ago with a phone upgrade. I dropped T-mobile web and added Blackberry add-on at that time. Whenever I try to access "setup blackberry internet e-mail" from my.t-mobile I get the following error. "Your account has been suspended. Please contact the system administrator." My account is in good standing. If I try to use the "setup internet e-mail" icon on the device I get an error message stating that the phone number is not valid. I have contacted customer service and the rep had not seen this error before. He "referred" the case to "tech support". However, I still don't have service. Any ideas?? TIA
