Default which OS supports multilanguage (arabic)

hello all

i just got a new 8800 device with the 4.2.1.90 OS the problem is that it does not support arabic/hebrew fonts (reading). would someone point me out to a proper multi language version that does support this even if it a downgrade from this version

also anybody can help me in adding the semitic fonts to this (or any) OS

turns out that the latest Rogers does support arabic.

there is a an annoying problem though. if i go and change the input language to arabic it does not do anything. can anybody else confirm this bug?
