my trackball doesnt recognize when im moving it to the right. what should i do? will just cleaning it help, or do you think its something else? thanks in advance! (sorry for not searching first, i'm in a hurry)

try doing a battery pull and clean, if that doesnt work then you might need a new ball or phone... but try the first thing first

you need to blow compressed air into to the ball to dislodge whatever might be in there. Mine would go right for a inute ethier but after the air it doesnt skip a beat now!

Push and roll the ball at the same time....that always fixes it for me.

Same thing happened to me man. I went to 3 different place and they all told me the same thing: you need a new phone. Mine was still under warranty (thank God) so all I had to pay was shipping. I suggest the same to you.

Not true. 99 % of the time its dust/dirt/lint between the ball and the particular roller. Happens a lot more if you put it in your pocket.

yea mine's mostly in my pocket...im gonna try the compressed air, if that doesnt fix, i'm still under warranty for a little less than a year.
