Well i did a search and came across a few posts that pertain to the Curve reseting itself. Most of them were related to resets using the BB browser..

The curve I have is the newer version not the first release with flimsy logo etc... My question is has anyone had this problem with just the self Resets on phone calls only? it has happened 2 times already and it has never reset using the browser...

Still under the 30 day full return but if i can avoid having to return this and get a new one i would prefer that b/c really i have no complaints and its setup perfect right now...

Any thoughts or comments is appreciated?

This happened on my first curve several times. I returned for another one and now having no problems.

This seems to be a problem when traveling. When in NY on business trip it reset multiple times after connecting a call, and I just got back from a trip yesterday and it rebooted multiple times after as well while in in another state. I have never had it fail in the Seattle area. Maybe it's a glitch on the network when in a different are other than home.

When did yours fail?

it started happening on the second day about about 5mins into the conversation and the hour glass came on for some time before the OS was back up and fully functional...

Well it was replaced anyway so well see how this new one works.. its just a hassle having to setup everything again from scratch even with the backup still need to DL the applications and run the calendar patch and setup for personal preference which takes time
