Does anyone knows to what this error relates too?

I sometimes get the same error on my 8800 when dialing a phone number. When I get the error, I also get a steady tone like I had a stuck key, but they are not stuck. I have not found a solution for the problem.

Are you using any third party applications on your device? I've seen this before.
