Whoa, I disagree on buying from that seller. Looks to me like you lucked out in the phone being OK, but that seller has atrocious feedback.
Just my policy, but I would never buy something from a seller who has 5700 negatives and a 95.7% rating, no matter how good the deal. [And I am not counting the significant number of neutrals he has received].
While he has some negs from boneheads, lots of people got burned with defective phones. And some lost up to $100 on the shipping and typically assessed 20% restocking fee.
Just my opinion.
