From the manual:

Higest SAR rating for each handheld model when tested for use at the ear is outlined below:

Blackberry 7100t: 0.86/0.91 (1g/10g SAR (W/kg)).

Highest SAR values for each handheld model when worn on the body, in an approved holser or carrying case is outlines below:

Blackberry 7100tL 1.03/0.66 (1g/10g AW (W/kg))
