Hi iam new here. I have a Blackberry 850 handheld pager/emailer. I can not sync with my laptop, my laptop do not have serial port, it has a usb port. The plug with the item has a 9 pin hole. Help??? Any ideas!

You can use a USB - Serial adapater.
