Hello all, just got my new blackberry today and the only problems I am having is when I use the phone I can hear the person that is talking to me fine, but they can barely hear me and I have the volume turned all the way up. Is there something else I need to do? or is it a phone problem? Also, why cant I send an sms? Getting aggravated

If you just received the phone, I would try to get it replaced under warranty - that is what I do with my users who experience the same issues.

Yep, sounds like a handset issue. That's an old handset, too.
