Even if I read on this forum that Return Receipts does not work on BB in my environment it works.
We have a BES server based on Exchange, if I receive a messagge with Return Receipt, when I read the message on my BB before to read it on Outlook than RR is sent to back to sender.

My question is: is there a way to avoid this? The matter is that I don't have a chance to see if the message contains RR and I will never know that a RR has been sent.

you could turn off wireless reconcile under mail list, options, e-mail reconciliation. I do that so my blackberry doesn't send a read receipt whenever I open an e-mail. It doesn't mark it as read in Outlook later, but that really isn't a big deal to me. I would rather it NOT do that instead of sending out a read receipt automatically if I open an e-mail for a split second.
