Hi, I need some help!

We have installed Blackberry Professional Software on to our SBS2003 box.

When a user try's to send a email on their handset, which is Pearl, they get the message "desktop email program unable to submit message".

I have checked the KB's and I have checked permissions on the mailbox and everything seems to be correct.

Can anyone help?

they can receive mail but not send? Any chance the users are in some protected group?

KB04422 & KB04707

That patch can strip the BESAdmin account from the Security tab of BB users
Adding it back and granting it Send as... then restarting the Exchange Information Store and BB services can do the trick.

Thanks for the advice... it had stripped the BESAccount Sendas permission
