hi,
I have BES 4.1.2 (BUNDLE 47) with Exchange 2003 SP2 and would like to upgrade to the latest SP 4.
Qs
1. Do I have to go SP3 first, or just straight SP4 ?
2. Do I have to go through all the maintenance releases in order or just do the SP4 and then install the mr4 ?
3. How easy and straigh or difficult this process ?

Straight to SP4; BES SPs are inclusive of all previous ones.

Straight to SP4 and then MR4. MRs are also inclusive of all previous ones.

3. How easy and straigh or difficult this process ?

Be a good Sys Admin and perform a backup of all the critical components (server & database) and then its click click click reboot done.
