I recently upgraded my BES server from 4.0.6 to 4.1.4

I have some users (70 out of 480) that reported that since the upgrade, their emails are always showed as being READ on their device. They say they never read those messages (either from their unit or their notes client)

I made a quick search and can not find anything at RIM that is related to this kind of issues

Any ideas are welcomed !

I've only seen this issue when we migrated users from a mis-managed mail server. The issue was the read/unread table were messed up.

Some we were able to fix bu turning off/on the "Don't maintain unread marks" setting in db property. Some we fixed by created new replica/copy.
