GroupWise client on BES is not latest version (Dec. 2006 version I believe)

BES supports 10 Blackberry Curve 8320 devices. We just recently updated the handhelds only to this model. No updates made to the BES or GW client. Since getting the new handhelds, ONLY TWO of the users have this problem. When they enter an appointment into the calendar on the handheld it does not show up in GW. If the put an appt into GW at their desk it does show up on the handheld. I have checked that wireless synch of the calendar is turned on on the handheld. I checked the BES settings but acutally didn't find anything that said "calendar".

This is just two users, and these two also had a problem with double calendar entries showing up right after we migrated to the new handhelds. Blackberry desktop is not being used.

What Mode are you running on? API or SOAP? Also, could you tell me which version of the client it is on the BES? We're running 6.5.7, and Nov. 2006 mod ification date. All our calendar entries work!

We've had similar "double" calendar entries which might be fixed with the release of SP4 (as i spoke to a Tsupport rep at RIM) , but wont' know till the release docs are out.

We are using SOAP. Client version on the BES is 4.91 SP4. I know this client is old, but I don't really think it's the problem since on TWO USERS are affected. I'm wondering what settings in the BES for those users I could be overlooking. Or possibly a handheld setting?

Any information/opinions appreicated. Thanks in advance.
