Default Screen Gone Blank, HELP!!

Please Login to Remove!

My pearl has lost it's screen. Seems to be working, can receive calls, sync to computer, just has a blank screen so can't do much else with it.

Can anybody point me to some help?

TIA,

Kirk

Try a hard reset (take the battery out then put it back in after about 30 sec.)

Black = Not so good. Is the device still under warranty by chance?

If screen is black look very closely do you see any icons?

Likely will have to replace LCD or device if under warranty

If you are mechanically inclined you can open it up and check the ribbon, it might have come loose. Otherwise, there are parts or repair services (some with a 48 hr. turn around time.

Sorry for your problems!

Where would a person find replacement parts? I have no problem disassembling things it is just getting them back together that is the problem. Actually, I have a pretty good track record fixing things from electronics to old tractors.

Thanks,

Kirk
