I am on a biz trip to Israel, I was able to get the network to work on my BB 8830 World Edition by Sprint. However when I try to call from my address book it adds +10 before the number and therefore the network will not recognize the number and I cannot get connected.

Any ideas?

I know I can do it in Smart dialing options, but I cannot find it on this phone.
Please help.

phone app > menu > options > smart dialing > change to proper country code and national number length.

the phone app is the green button. it launches the app used to make calls
