Hi,

Is it possible to configure the handsets to communicate with BES via Wifi when they're in the office and a Wifi network is available?

Was thinking it would be much faster using the Wifi to synchronise with BES when it's available and reduces the data usage on the OTA data plan.

Handsets in question are mainly 8300s with a couple of Pearls.

No, on the 8300s ... they don't have WiFi.
You'd need an 8320 and then it should work fine via WiFi.

The Pearls must be 8120s. They are the only ones that have WiFi.

Is there any configuration to make this happen or does it happen automatically? I have an order of 8120's coming in...
