Hello I'm new to running a Blackberry server so I will probably have lots of mundane questions.

I just installed Blackberry Professional Server Version 4.1.4.3. How do I set the number of days to keep the logs in this version. I searched the forum and found information on how to set it under BES but not BPS. The user interface is different from what I understand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If I remember right it never deletes them.

I have 2 years of logs, LOL

Open the BB Server utility and go to the Logging tab. Under each log type(MAGT, MNGR, CTRL, etc...), you will see Debug Log Daily File Age, change it to 5 to keep 5 days worth. Also enable Debug log auto roll to Yes, after you made these changes you will need to restart all services for the changes to take affect. Debug log auto roll will clean up any logs older than 5 days so you don't have to do it manually.

Thank you for the replies. I don't see the Logging Tab in this version of the Blackberry Manager. Is there another program that I'm no seeing?

Open the BB Server utility Not the BB MANAGER.
