I'm getting this error on my BES management and won't let me finish setting up.

and it didn't fix my problem.
I'm thinking, maybe, is a name problem, because my MDSS host is https://<computer-name>.:7443/mds/ As you can see, there is a dot after the computer name, I already set the credentials with that dot over there but I'm still having the problem. Could the dot be causing this problem, and if so, how can I change the address, do I need to change it on the database?
