Using t-mobile, how would i delete my voicemail? seems like pressing 7 after hearing the message doesn't work, just nothing happens, or any number. Is there a set-up to make it work?..new to the phone

Pressing 7 is the proper key to delete VM on TMO

Try a battery pull if that doesn't work contact TMO it is likely something on the system side
