Every track on the planet, the record is held by a car. In fact, usually the top 10-20 records at the tracks are held by cars. A bike would be somewhere down the line.

Yes, you're quite correct about lap times. With the contact patch and downforce advantages of F1, nothing can compare on lap times. Never mind the physics of 2 wheel racing.
It would have been quite ridiculous of me to have made the very 'apples and oranges' comparison of 4 vs. 2 wheel racing...
That wasn't the point of my post. The previous poster mentioned the superiority of the 'series' over other motorsports, to which my response was an indication that MotoGP is a peer to F1 in terms of being a premier 'series'.
So.... back to the BB Storm ...
