That's because this is a thread for linux users, not windows users. Go to
www.operamini.com and download the .alx and .cod files for Opera Mini. Then place them in a folder somewhere you won't delete. Then use Desktop Manager/Application Loader and use the "add" feature to browse to the .alx file. That will load the .cod file to the BB and give you the Opera Browser.
