It's not carrier specific. You can load any version (as long as it's for the same device model) regardless of carrier. just follow the instructions in the first post.

I live in Venezuela and just bought a 7130e, does that update for the OS works anywhere? I'm asking this because the download of the OS update comes from the North America's web site, and on the BB site says "software download for Alltel".
