also it was called "marked all read" before but that was very inefficient, as it crashed often, got a "uncaught exception" often.
the new way works well for me, but i'm not sure how to fix ur problem

Yeah, it must be a difference in our settings. I just looked at the settings, but don't see anything that looks like the culprit. I am running PD Pro v5.11. Offhand I don't recall v5.1 doing it but then again I don't get that many calls.

If anyone spots anything that looks like it'd be the toggle, let me know... TIA.

I was a big fan of PD but have stopped using it, at least for now. CRS hasn't been good about bug fixes or communication. The "Mark all as Read" never worked for me causing the program to crash. The need to display certain sections in order for the program to work was another issue that took a while to figure out.

The today theme and my google page with a web short cut work as well for me. I've also use free range for news as it is a better reader. It was nice to have this all on the PD single screen though. The one feature I do miss is the ability to copy an appointment.

Regards-Michael G.

We did temporarily remove the mark calls as read because the function was causing issues. We have since re-instated it and intend to post version 5.12 this weekend which will restore this functionality.

Also, there's no need to display any sections you don't want to as that issue has been corrected.

Default Truncated email?

When I open email via PD 5.11 it gets truncated after 2-3 screens. I have to go to the BB email utility to be able to see the entire email.

Is there a size limit or is this a bug?

I'm running PD on an 8703e with Sprint OS 4.1.

i believe it is a size limit, as that has happened for people in the past usu. in html-rich emails.

No. still can't update, change, or anything. I guess I have to uninstall, and reinstall, and redo all the settings

I found the problem. somehow, the connection permissions had changed, some to "custom," rather than "allow". When I changed them manually back to "allow," all went well, and all weather is properly updating. I am not sure why the permissions changed, but, when I reinstalled, to see if it would resolve my problem, it never asked me again, so, the program didn't give me the opportunity to "allow" all again, as it would in a fresh install (I guess cause I was installing the exact same version) and had remained in the previously improper state.

Thanks for the personal support offer !!!

Has 5.12 been posted yet and does anyone know how the application interacts with the BB Smart View, which allows HTML images to be seen?

Have not seen 5.12 yet, but I haven't checked yet either...

As far as BBSmart Viewer and PocketDay, the two co-exist nicely on my device even though they are not integrated (i.e., PD has its own e-mail viewer with very limited capabilities). I defined a hotkey within PD that launches directly to the RIM Messages app, where BBSmart is my default viewer of choice.

Default No Appointments

I have noticed my appointments are not being listed in the appointment section. If click Go To, they are there?

Default 5.12 - Thank You

crs,

A quick thank you note for implementing by request for sorting tasks by the subject alphabetically.

I put a tag at the front of all my tasks with Franklin Covey type priority to put them in order for the day.
(A1)
(A2)

Now it works like a charm.

OTA keeps going to 5.11?

Cleared the browser cache & tried the refresh trick?

Any other ideas?

When I click on the memo categories to expand them, they don't open. Nothing occurs.

Try using the space bar to expand.
