How do I get my current email back in the display window without scrolling for an hour? mI heard you can hit the letter T to reverse a backward listing of emails. But when I hit T, I get asked if I want to make T a speed dial letter.

With your Messages Inbox open pressing the "T" should bring you to the Top of your Mailbox. Pressing the "B" brings you to the bottom.

That is press and release. Don't hold the T or the B buttons down.
