It's easy on a BIS but on the BES I figured it would just use the signature that I had on my desktop. Not the case I guess. Any idea how to add it as you can't go in through e-mail setup like you can on a BIS.

Open Messges - then bring up the menu and choose options, then Email settings choose use auto signature type in the block. You can also do this using Desktop manager if you have it installed or the BES admin can edit the signature for you on the BEs

Aww yes thank you. I suppose I can't change font size or colour or add a logo though so it matches my desktop email signature eh?

But, on the plus side, you can use any language you want as long as it doesn't use any special language characters.

You can use autotext for the signature as an alternative.
add an new autotext with some four letter shortcuts like siga sigb sigc.

The signature will still be readable plaintext, but, this way, you have more control when to use the signature, and, what signature.

Now if you really want to get refined about signature options, you can edit the group properties on the appended disclaimer text so that everybody has the same generic sig or a custom sig for each group.
