Contact Orange and see if the account is set up properly.

You would be best contacting Orange and asking them to enable BB Services on your Account.

That will enable GPRS and G3 depending on your location

thanks for your help, its my sons phone and hes had the blackberry services but il get him to ring up see what they say, thank you for all your help
