Default Profile changing by itself?

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8700R which was recently replaced. Replacement came with 4.2; whereas I was used to 4.1 on the old device. With both versions I have left side button configured for keyboard lock. I do not like the fact that 4.2 does not allow me to unlock keyboard with scroll wheel only (which I could do with 4.1, but not 4.2). Anyway I have a profile called "Frank" (with an "*" on icon); but I rarely use it. The device is normally set to the "Vibrate" profile. I have set the "Profile" icon to hidden so it is not visible on home screen. Somehow my device is changing to "Frank" profile either by itself; or by some key sequence that I have not been able to figure out. Anybody know how this could be happening?? I only mention this issue with keyboard unlock in case it is related to the profile issue somehow.

The top button on the 8700 (mute) does that.
If you press it, the profile changes from whatever it is, to "vibrate".

Your body (in my case: my chubby-ness) changes it for you when you sit down probably.

Thanks; except for two things.
1) Mine is randomly changing FROM vibrate to a profile I created.
2) Pressing "mute" does not go back to vibrate.
