Default Is it time to buy one?

Okay, I've been waiting for the Storm to come out and it has. I'm also the type that's waits a few weeks for the initial bugs to be worked out.

Is it now time to buy the Storm or are there still major bugs to be worked out?

I'm looking mostly at it's use as a phone, web browser (in the U.S. and overseas), to get my email (U.S. and overseas), GPS and the ability to play MP3's.

I tried one out at the store and I have to admit I wasn't very successful with the touchscreen. When I touched what I wanted, it took me somewhere else.
Have others had that problem but got over it with practice?

Thanks.

Theres still some bugs to be worked out, but the Storm is working much much better with the latest update. It's totally up to you. If you want zero bugs, I would wait until the next update releases. But again, it's working good right now.

I've had mine since Launch Day +1. Had a replacement sent to me to fix the screen clicking issue. Got the replacement and its fine. Defintely like this phone alot. It does have some of its downfalls but the OS will continue to get better over time.

I would wait as to me it is unaceptable that one should have to remove software to make the battery last all day-what a joke! Why should one have to remove the battery every now and again to make it work?

+1

I got mine on day 2. I encountered a few serious irritations during the first two weeks. I think I have only stirred up one serious irritation since.

It works really well now and will only get better. Not bug free yet but I am pleased.
